• Abide by relevant legislation, establishment guidelines, and conditions imposed by external service partners

Non-compliance with these requirements may trigger supplementary fees, adjustments to service delivery, or potentially service discontinuation.

5. Terms Regarding Cancellations and Reimbursement

Recognising that plans shift and celebrations sometimes require postponement, PartyBloom Agency operates under the following cancellation framework:

• Should cancellation occur more than ninety days prior: Clients receive fifty per cent reimbursement on amounts contributed (the initial deposit remains non-refundable)
• When cancellation happens between sixty and ninety days beforehand: Clients receive twenty-five per cent reimbursement on amounts contributed (the initial deposit remains non-refundable)
• Cancellations made between thirty and sixty days prior: Reimbursement is unavailable; clients assume responsibility for all contracted supplier charges
• Should cancellation occur within thirty days of the scheduled date: No reimbursement is offered; the complete amount remains payable regardless of whether the event proceeds

Where rescheduling becomes necessary, PartyBloom Agency will collaborate with you to arrange a new date, contingent on supplier availability. Expenses previously incurred through vendors and professional consultation remain non-refundable. Unforeseen circumstances of extraordinary nature will be evaluated individually, with equitable resolution sought for all involved.

6. Accountability and Legal Protection

Although PartyBloom Agency commits to delivering outstanding service quality, our accountability framework operates within defined boundaries:

• Our maximum financial responsibility shall correspond to the aggregate sum remitted by you for our offerings
• PartyBloom Agency bears no responsibility for the conduct, postponements, or non-performance of independent contractors, event locations, or external specialists
• PartyBloom Agency accepts no accountability for physical harm, material destruction, or financial detriment affecting attendees or possessions throughout the duration of celebrations
• Circumstances beyond our control—including environmental catastrophes, widespread health crises, regulatory mandates, and comparable situations—relieve PartyBloom Agency from responsibility should services fail to materialise
• By engaging our services, clients acknowledge they shall defend and safeguard PartyBloom Agency against any legal actions stemming from how their event unfolds

We advise all clients to acquire suitable celebration coverage that shields them from unexpected situations, asset loss, and third-party compensation obligations

9. Conflict Management

Should disagreement or conflict emerge concerning these Conditions or what PartyBloom Agency offers, both sides commit to:

• Turning to formal mediation through an impartial third party should discussion prove unsuccessful
• Both parties shall contribute equally towards mediation expenses
